Maybe not representative of the entire franchise but this location definitely seems like a great place for the local Lynnhaven retail employees to get in, order lunch, maybe stay and eat, and go. It's much less personal than say Panera bread as it's more physically laid out in a Picadilly cafeteria fashion. Still the food is good and the sandwiches in particular are excellent. I haven't however tried their bread but the dessert pastries they offer look and taste amazing. So it's a good place to carry out a meal.

I was very disappointed in the service I got at this location. I was ignored while a manager was chatting with an employee and when the counter person finally got around to helping me he was completely uninformed on their products. The bread I purchased at my visit was quite good and if I had not been ignored I would have eaten a meal there as well.
